FlexMagic Consulting, Inc. Third-Party Administration Services include:
    For the Employee:
      Flexible Benefit Plan Reimbursement Packets which include
    1. Claim Form and Reimbursement Instructions
    2. Schedule for Claim Deadlines & Reimbursement Dates
  • Employee Spending Account Voided Check with Basic Account Report (per cycle)
  • Individual YTD Employee Reimbursement Reports (as necessary)
  • Individual Quarterly and Year-End Employee Status Reports
  • Debit Card (optional)

    For the Employer:
  • Reimbursement Schedule - Claim Deadlines & Reimbursement Dates
  • Composite Report - to reconcile initial payroll input with TPA input for FSA's
  • Employer Spending Account Summary Report - per cycle for payroll reconciliation
  • Final Check Register - per cycle - for reimbursement input into payroll, direct deposit or company check preparation
  • Activity Reports - provided when enrollment changes occur during the Plan Year
  • Debit Card (optional)

    Year End Support:
  • Data provided for Discrimination Tests for FSA's
  • Grace Period processing provided once per month during the 90-day Grace Period

Employees can send or fax claim forms and receipts to FlexMagic Consulting, Inc. for processing. FlexMagic Consulting reviews and approves the claims, determines the amount of reimbursement per employee account and provides a report to the employer (by fax or email) for reimbursement distribution.

Flex/Trac Administration Software will be used for tracking of accounts. The software, used for administration services, is custom designed by FlexMagic Consulting and Data Bits & Bytes, Inc. It is updated regularly for compliance with IRS regulations.

The employee fee varies based on options selected. Discounted fees apply to large groups. The Third Party Administration Service Agreement is for a minimum of one Flexible Benefit Plan Year.
